How to use the tool

The tool is designed in such a way that it meets all the needs of youth workers wishing to organize activities which develop the soft skills of youth individuals and groups of different ages. It also supports the monitoring, evaluation and follow up of the skills that are developed and acquired by young beneficiaries of non-formal activities which are aimed to develop soft skills. Last, but not least, the tool also gives the contact data of the organizations who created this tool, so that if needed, any youth worker can contact them with the aim of developing the tool or getting new information about the already existing tools.

So, the webpage is divided in 5 parts:
1 Home – Introduction to the toolbox and its context.
2 Soft Skills – Specific activities developed during the training to support the development larger categories of soft skill in beneficiaries of non-formal activities.
3 Evaluation – Methods that help youth workers evaluate, monitor, follow-up and certify soft skills acquisition in beneficiaries of non-formal activities.
4 Annexes – Resources of non-formal activities and evaluation methods connected to soft-skills that are gathered from https://www.salto-youth.net/ the best resource for non-formal activities in the Erasmus+ context.
5 Contact – The contact information of the organizations who’s youth workers worked on the development of this tool.

The tool was designed to be easily used by everyone needing specific types of resources. So, all the menu’s lead to downloadable PDF documents which contain the activities and methods, annexes, etc., which You, the user are looking for.

The graphics in the tool were created by Coline Robin from France and Noemi Szigeti from Romania, the graphic facilitators who attended the training course where this tool was created. The design of the tool was done by designer Reka Hosszu, from Romania.
